We are looking for a full-time (or possibly part time) experienced Marketing Account Manager to join our friendly team in Glasgow...

A full service boutique branding, design and marketing agency, we work with clients throughout the UK and beyond in a variety of industries, from food and drink to construction, healthcare to apps and innovation.  We need someone to hit the ground sprinting so you'll be up for a challenge and ready to dive straight in to a busy (buzzing) environment.


The phrase “every day is different” was practically invented for this role.

While your primary responsibility will be to build relationships with clients, manage their accounts effectively and work closely with them to identify their needs and deliver in conjunction with our design team…you’ll also be dealing with printers and advertising publications, social media, website content updates and writing the odd proposal and presentation while you are at it, providing support for Business Development.  Administration might not set your heart on fire, but it’ll be a key part of your role – ensuring projects are not only managed well, but working with our accounts team to ensure they’re invoiced appropriately, too.


You should tick all the standard job application boxes; enthusiastic, team player with a collaborative nature, creative, driven, and enthusiastic… however we're looking for someone who can really knock our socks off.

You’ll have outstanding communication skills and a record of success in handling multiple accounts, the ability to problem solve, deftly handle curveballs and prioritise and handle assigned tasks with appropriate urgency and within often tight deadlines. Writing experience – whether for copywriting, cost proposals or just a generally lovely tone of voice in emails – would also be beneficial.

Commercial, creative and strategic acumen would be advantageous – identifying the integration between marketing and business objectives to be a real partner to our clients.

It would be an added bonus if you had Wordpress or website CMS experience, in addition to planning and implementation of social media campaigns. You may have worked in an agency or busy internal marketing department – and are looking for your next challenge and chance to make an impact in a fulfilling role.

The role will be based in our Hillington Head Office: a driving license would be an advantage but it's not essential.
